From taking photos to arranging the housekeeping, from marketing the property to emergency repairs, and from meeting the guests to getting their feedback – we’ve got it all in hand. Our team works around the clock to look after your holiday bookings, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We even deal with any guest emergencies, no matter when they occur!
Your Home Will Be in Safe Hands
We ask for a security deposit from all of our guests. We also ask them to sign a contract, which insures they will pay for any damage they cause. We know it can be difficult to entrust your home into someone else’s hands but we want to look after it just as much as you do, and will keep it looking exactly the way you left it, ready for your next visit.
You Can Continue to Enjoy Your Time There
Just because you’ve opened up your second home to guests, doesn’t mean that it’s not still yours to enjoy as you please. In fact, many clients say that they now enjoy their time in Turkey even more, as they don’t have to spend it worrying about maintenance and other issues. While you don’t have to commit a certain amount of availability, we do require homes to be available as year-round rentals.

As soon as you decide you’re ready to go ahead and start renting out your property to appreciative holiday goers, we can get start preparing the photos, descriptions, prices and advertisements. And so long as your property is ready for guests, we can get things up and running in just a few days.
We Go Looking For Bookings
In this multimedia world, it’s no longer possible to just announce your property is available to rent, and hope the bookings come in. With so much competition on the market, we use every possible advertising angle possible. This includes Homeaway.com, VRBO, Vacationrentals.com, Tripadvisor, Flipkey, Airbnb.com, HolidayLettings, Villas.com and Craigslist. We handle the communications and synchronize it with your calendar.
We Keep You Informed
Rather than bombarding you with information about individual bookings and requests, we’ll tell you all you need to know in a single monthly report. This will include information about how much rental you’ve earned, and also any charges you’ve incurred for that month. We’ll also pay you in a convenient monthly installment, direct to your bank account (minus our commission). Cleaning fees are taken care of by the guests, so that’s something else you don’t have to worry about.
We Listen to Your Feedback
We are constantly working to improve our services both to our guests and to our property owners. We also create a personalized service as we know that not everyone has the same needs or requirements. If there’s something you feel we can do better, let us know and we’ll do what we can to change it.
